Learn The Art And Science Of Ice Cream Making
Join us for a hands-on Ice Cream making experience, Where you will learn the art and science of making your own delicious, creamy Ice Cream. In this one hour class, our chefs will guide you through the process of making homemade ice cream from scratch, using fresh ingredients. Whether you're an Ice Cream enthusiast or simply looking for a fun and tasty activity, this class is perfect for you. Come create your own unique flavors, learn about the farm to cone process, and enjoy making your own sweet treat in a fun setting!
With fresh ingredients sourced from our Gather farm, you will craft your very own masterpiece Ice Cream.
Gather Cafe is connected to the Gather Glass studio. While students create art with moulton glass on one side of our studio at 2,100 degrees Fahrenheit, you will be be creating your own ice cream flavors at -321 Fahrenheit on the other.
You've crafted your dream Ice Cream! Hang out and enjoy it, or bring it home to share with friends. Each student will be making their own pint!
